1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have exactly 14 days from the official carrier delivery date of your item to request a return. Return requests initiated after 14 days cannot be accepted due to strict manufacturer and supplier restrictions.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or assembly.
- Must include all original tags, instructions, and documentation.
- Must be sent back in its original manufacturer packaging.
- Requires a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Costs
In alignment with our wholesale supplier networks, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that our supplier warehouses will receive your returned item.
4. Restocking Fees
Select fragile items, heavy accents, ceramics, mirrors, and oversized home decor items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If applicable to your specific item, this 15% fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund total.
5. Damages, Defects, and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item arrives broken, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cedarandsalt.shop. Please include your order number and clear digital photographs of the damage/defect so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund with our supplier immediately.
6. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Custom products, special orders, or personalized items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, please make a separate purchase for the new item on our storefront.
8. Refunds & Account Processing
We will notify you via email as soon as the supplier warehouse receives and inspects your returned package. If your refund is approved by the manufacturer, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
